Threaded pipe fittings are pipe components equipped with threads. We supply pipelines and pipe fittings wholesale—handling both procurement and distribution of chromatography accessories and consumables, as well as chromatography instruments, all available in bulk for wholesale purchase and supply. These fittings are commonly used in applications such as water-gas piping, small-diameter water pipes, compressed air lines, and low-pressure steam systems, where they connect directly to threaded pipe ends to form a complete pipeline system. To ensure a secure seal, appropriate sealing compounds—such as thick white paint or lead oxide-glycerin adhesive—are often applied to the threads. The manufacturing processes for threaded pipe fittings primarily include hot-rolled straight-seam welding, spiral double-sided submerged arc welding, forging, forging and pressing, medium-frequency push-bending, cold forming, and hot extrusion, with the largest pipe diameter that can be processed reaching up to 2020 millimeters.
